My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms definitely need some serious renovation, as they were too small and very hot. Despite the AC being unavailable, they provided a fan that offered minimal relief. On the bright side, the service was extremely helpful and polite. The location was suitable for my conference needs, being just a short walk from the fairmont hotel. However, the dining experience was not impressive, lacking variety and quality. Overall, a mix of positive and negative elements.
The hotel rooms are clean, nice, and spacious enough for a family or a couple with a little girl. The service is friendly, especially from Mahmut and his colleague; however, the lack of working AC during hot weather was uncomfortable.
